Step 2: Interviews – during each stage of the interview process, you will receive feedback and an indication of whether you will be invited for the next stage.

  • 1st interview is focused on understanding the person, offers the opportunity for you to hear more about us, and confirm whether there is a ‘click factor’.
  • 2nd interview goes into more depth about your functional skills and we discuss your ambitions.
  • 3rd interview is the so-called decision round, which comprises of a case-study or a short assignment. At the end of this round, we will inform you as to whether we can welcome you as a new colleague.

Step 3: Contract Completion – upon a positive evaluation in the interviews, we will walk through the benefits package and employment contract.

All applications are kept strictly confidential in order to serve both parties interest.
